Pre-Metallisation Primer

PreMet WB-300

Water-based Pre-Metallization Primer is a specialized coating applied before aluminium metallization to improve:

  • Metal adhesion

  • Surface smoothness

  • Gloss after metallization

It acts as an intermediate adhesion-promoting layer between substrate and aluminium deposition.

Pre-Metallisation Binder

MetBinder WB-400

Pre-Metallization Binder is a high solids water-based binder used in
combination with primer to:

  • Control gloss levels

  • Improve coating film strength

  • Enhance adhesion and durability

It acts as the film-forming backbone of the coating system.
